Dr. Bentil discusses a ruptured diaphragm after running a shock tube experiment in her lab with Ph.D. Candidate, Ling Zhang. Dr. Bentil and her Soft Tissue and Biomaterial Mechanics lab, also known as The Bentil Group, utilizes the shock tube to conduct research that will increase our understanding of blast-induced traumatic brain injury (TBI) mechanisms.
